Our platform encompasses AI business analysis, high-converting content generation, visual image creation, strategic marketing advice, competitor intelligence, social media scheduling, and our flagship Human-in-the-Loop browser extension.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your information when you access our website, use our Chrome Extension, or interact with our API services.

2. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

We only collect the minimum information required to deliver our prospecting tools:

• Account & Authentication Details: When you register via Google Authentication (Firebase Auth), we securely store your email address, user ID, display name, and credit balance in Cloud Firestore.
• Transient Prospect Information: When you open RAMIQ alongside a LinkedIn profile, public information (name, headline, company, and public posts) is temporarily read by the Chrome Extension to evaluate ICP fit and generate contextual outreach suggestions. This data is processed in real time and is not permanently aggregated into public lead databases.
• Credit & Usage Metrics: We log credit consumption and review timestamps to maintain plan limits, prevent abuse, and provide accurate invoice billing.
• Billing Information: Payments in India are handled directly by Razorpay. We never store or process your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account credentials on our servers.

The RAMIQ Chrome Extension operates strictly under Google Chrome's Manifest V3 security model:

• ActiveTab Isolation: The extension only accesses the DOM of the currently active tab when you explicitly trigger the side panel.
• No Automated Mass-Scraping: RAMIQ does not perform background web crawling, headless harvesting, or mass unapproved bot interactions.
• Human-in-the-Loop: Outreach actions require explicit physical approval by you (the human user), ensuring full compliance with LinkedIn User Agreement §8.2.

5. Security, Infrastructure & Encryption

We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards:

• All web traffic is enforced over HTTPS using TLS 1.3.
• Database infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Firestore) with automated role-based access rules and AES-256 encryption at rest.
• Serverless route handlers run on Vercel's isolated edge and compute environments with zero persistent disk logging of prospect contents.

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may at any time:

• Request an export of your account details and transaction history.
• Request complete and permanent deletion of your Firebase account and profile record.
